I offer psychotherapy and specialized counselling services to adults (18 years and older) living in Ontario and British Columbia. These sessions are offered virtually through a secure telehealth platform.
All psychotherapy and counselling services begin with an initial assessment where we discuss the issues you want to work on and create a collaborative plan on how therapy and counselling can help to address these issues.
I also offer group programs which include specialized support groups and group therapy. Some of these services are available to residents outside Ontario and British Columbia.
If you are interested in any of these services, please use the contact form to inquire.
